Hyundai Motors India Signs Term Sheet To Buy Chevrolet's Talegaon-based Manufacturing Unit Hyundai has signed the term sheet to take the acquisition of GM's Talegaon plant. Resultantly, the South Korean brand will now have two manufacturing units in India.
